Rates for two bedroom and three bedroom units are based on up to six guests.
Pets up to 25 lbs. are permitted with $300 pet deposit ($150 refundable).
Following acceptance of your reservation, Property Management Company will forward a "Confirmation and Rental Agreement" which will outline the terms and conditions of the rental and an amount due for cleaning and administrative fees. There is an $85-$115 cleaning fee that will be added to your room rate at time of booking. For two and three bedroom units: $90 cleaning and $25 administrative fee.
These fees are paid separately to the Management Company and are due prior to arrival.
Full Charge at the time the reservation is made.
Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit may be required upon check in for incidental charges.
All special requests are subject to availability upon check in.
